J & S - A beautiful Summer Millhouse Wedding
A relaxed and easygoing wedding in the Millhouse? Yes please :)
Iβve always been a fan of the Millhouse in Slane. Itβs always a warm inviting place to work! Back in November 2017 I photographed John, Sinead and their son down in Glendalough for a lovely family session and was so delighted when they asked me to be their wedding photographer!
In true Millhouse fashion, the day was relaxed and the weather co-operated! Both J&S got ready on the grounds which is always nice as it means no rushing to get to the venue.
The beautiful Spiritualist ceremony was performed by Minister Miriam Fitzgerald who is always lovely to work alongside.
After this it was onto a fab drinks reception outside on the gorgeous grounds of the Millhouse. When we get the weather in Ireland, a drinks reception outside is the best thing ever! Everyone was out enjoying a relaxing in the sun while we whisked the couple off for a few minutes of portraits.
We want to say a huge thanks to Sinead and John for having us there to shoot there day. They were absolutely the nicest people to work with and we wish them so much love for the future!

J & O - Beautiful Spring Wedding in Tankardstown House
Jade & Owen had such a lovely day in Tankardstown House, it just had to be shared!
Jade & Owen got married in Tankardstown last Spring. Their day started off nice and relaxed as they got ready at home before heading to Tankardstown (where Jade and her girls got dressed, the boys stopped off in the pub ;) The atmosphere was super chilled as the girls got ready. Jades big reveal in her dress was an emotional one, particularly when her dad came in the room. Itβs always a special moment to witness!
I always enjoy shooting in Tankardstown. It a lovely warm venue and the staff are really lovely.
The ceremony was a humanist one which took place in the gorgeous orangery (where dinner would be held later that day) Itβs a beautiful room for a ceremony in all weathers as itβs bright and spacious.
The lovely Eithne Dempsy was on hand to officiate the ceremony. Eithne always creates a lovely atmosphere and performs a lovely ceremony.
After this we went into the beautiful gardens for some portraits before joining everyone for drinks and celebrations!
Wandering around the dinner room, details such as Gin bottles were used at vases, little Hendricks gins for favours and the cake table was mouth watering. (Would love a doughnut now ;)
Speeches were held before dinner, which is always nice as as it usually means anyone nervous can enjoy their dinner better after ;) There was plenty of laughter and tear shed or two. After that it was our time to leave.
We felt so at home with Jade, Owen and their family on the day. It really was a beautiful day that went off brilliantly. We wish them all the best for many decades to come!

C&J - True Love in Bellinter House
A magical winter wedding in Bellinter House
This was a very special wedding for us. Tom's cousin was marrying his long time love. We arrived that morning to Bellinter house bursting with excitement for these two! They decided on a first look outside under the trees before preparing to walk up the aisle. The best way I can describe the day was just pure happiness and the love was palpable in the room as they spoke their vows. The speeches during drinks reception evoked tears and laughter and the craic on the dancefloor was mighty - thanks to Tom for capturing some epic moves! I'll let the images speak for themselves so check out our highlights!
R&A - A Dublin City wedding full of Laughter.
Definitely one of the happiest and smiliest brides ever!
It always brings a smile to my face when I look back at this Summer city wedding! It was a pure joy to be there to capture R&A as they got married in the amazing Trinity Chapel. I adore that ceremony spot!
Afterwards it was a stroll through Dublin City to the cheers of onlookers as R borrowed a pint of Guinness for a pic, received complimentary prosecco from Zozimos and danced to buskers on Grafton Street. It. was. amazing!
After the buzz of strolling through the streets, we headed to the Clayton in Ballsbridge where this cool couple mingled with guests and danced their way in to Dinner. It was such a pleasure guys!
P&T One relaxed wedding in Ashley Park House
Thereβs easy going weddings and then thereβs P&T!
When we think back on P&T's wedding, the words easy going, zen & laughter come to mind! It really was the most relaxed morning of prep as P & T both got ready in adjoining rooms - hearty chuckles filling the hallways and little calls of "hello" and "do you need anything from the room?" meant that the morning was very settled and chilled.
They even had a first look before walking down to their ceremony together in T's room, getting to share a little sip of whiskey and stealing some quiet moments and reflection together before walking down the aisle together hand in hand for their ceremony.
This all set the tone for what was probably one of the most chilled weddings we shot in 2018! Ashley Park House is a wonderful venue to work in with lovely staff and tasty canapes! The Panoramics filled the air with some good tunes during the outdoor drinks reception.
Below are some of our favourites shots from the day. Huge thanks to T&P for being amazing to work with. It was a pleasure and honour to be able to capture their special day!
