A sweet Dublin City Wedding in the Chocolate Factory!
Now this was a truly vibrant Dublin City wedding, filled with an abundance of bright, colourful style that brought everything to life. Taking place in the remarkable Dublinβs Chocolate Factory, an iconic old sweet factory renowned for producing beloved treats such as Toblerone and Mint Crisp, the setting added a unique charm to the occasion.
Today, it stands as a vibrant hub of creativity, offering a space for distinctive weddings and housing a lovely cafe, among other attractions. I was delighted to have the opportunity to capture lots of special memories for the wonderful couple, C&L, while Sinead, the fab Irish Soul Celebrant, officiated a beautifully heartfelt ceremony that resonated with everyone in attendance.
D&M-A beautiful wedding in UCD!
Recently I captured a beautiful wedding in the University Club of UCD. D&M were the sweetest couple and it was an honour to capture their day. they met in UCD and found it fitting to get married there. I love that!
S&S - Dublin registry office wedding
2020, the year of many postponements but many still went ahead and got married in the registry office ahead of their big day this or next year. S&S were one of those couples. They planned their big day for November 2020 and had to push it out to 2021 but still went ahead and got hitched. I was delighted to be there to capture some memories for them.
R & L - Intimate Dublin City Wedding.
2020 meant many alterations for so many couples planning to have their big day. Itβs been so tough on so many and the wedding industry itself.
However, some still decided to proceed with smaller numbers and thatβs what R & L did! Instead of getting married abroad followed by a large party back home, they decided to have a registry office wedding in Dublin, followed by drinks in the Westin Hotel and dinner in the Dean Hotel. It went off beautifully!
L&J - An Intimate Summer Party Wedding in Dun Laoghaire
My second blog in 2020! What a year for everyone. There has been multiple postponements (Around 90% for myself) and things are changing all the time so I was so happy for L&J that they got to go ahead and have the relaxed wedding they had always planned on having anyway just with less people but that didnβt dampen their day.
The two had a beautiful humanist ceremony in the Maritime Museum in Dun Laoghaire before going for a stroll and heading to Haddingtons nearby. I was so delighted to be able to capture some memories for these two and wish them nothing but happiness for the years ahead!
C & M - A Dublin City wedding party!
